Tutoring for Student Success at Texas State Technical College

At Texas State Technical College (TSTC), we care about student success. And to assist our students from the first semester to the last, we offer a variety of support with academic and technical subjects. In addition, the colleges offer computer and study labs to help provide a quiet place to study.

Tutorial services are directed toward student success. We offer opportunities to be partners in the learning environment, with on-going training for peer tutors and tutors with national peer tutoring certification.

What is peer tutoring?

Peer tutoring is a program to help students who require additional assistance in academic subjects. Students are tutored by upper level students who have successfully completed the course.
